	VEGA Little Wonder The new Vega Little Wonder is a remarkable achievement in blending a versatile, bright, responsive banjo with a very modest price. The Little Wonder's rock maple neck and multi-ply rim are stained a deep warm brown. The pot has one lower coordinator rod that easily and accurately adjusts the banjo's "action" or playability. The peghead of the the rock maple neck is overlaid with black and has a white Vega logo adorning the peghead. Planetary tuning machines come standard on the new Little Wonder. VEGA Old Tyme Wonder The Vega Old Tyme Wonder is for clawhammer style banjoists who prefer plucking their banjos over the fingerboard where the pot and the neck join. For greater comfort, Deering builds in a traditional "scoop" that allows more room for the fingers and thumb of the right hand to pluck the strings without hitting the fingerboard. To re-create the old fashioned sound and appearance, we install a classic "no knot tailpiece", a fiberskyn head, straight back planetary tuning pegs for a traditional, old time sound. This banjo's rim and neck are based on the Vega Little Wonder but designed specifically for the old time players. VEGA Bluegrass Wonder The Bluegrass Wonder banjo is a light weight bluegrass style instrument, with a sweetness and purity of tone that gives both the professional and beginning banjoist a fabulous sounding banjo that is light weight, fast and easy to play. Using the stained rock maple neck and multi-ply maple rim from the popular Vega Little Wonder, Deering created a special resonator with a traditional 24-piece flange to facilitate the strong projection demanded by bluegrass musicians around the world. 			VEGA Senator VEGA Senator banjos are adorned with a star at the fifth fret and feature our spun brass tone-ring which brightens the tone and creates the brilliance often desired in stage performance. Two coordinator rods provide a stable and adjustable string height. The heads of the Senator series are chosen according to the sound needs of each style of music - a Renaissance head for openback 5-string players, a fiberskyn head for 6-string players and a frosted top head for bluegrass players.
